Client requested a pre-purchase and suitability survey be carried out on tug, this was to be done with reflagging in mind so the rules of the new flag state were to be kept under consideration at all times.
Daily verbal reports kept the client abreast of the developing inspection as well as issues arising, in addition complete written reports were issued with photos explaining noted opportunities and risks with the vessels.
